Project Type: Four Made-to-Measure Jewelry Drawer Inserts for a Closet Island
Alison commissioned four custom jewelry drawer inserts for the island in her newly remodeled closet. She selected our soft off-white velvet to create a bright, elegant, and cohesive look throughout the entire jewelry storage area.
Each made-to-measure organizer was designed around a different part of her collection, with dedicated sections for necklaces, watches, bracelets, earrings, rings, and smaller jewelry pieces. Necklace storage, watch compartments, ring sections, and individual accessory spaces were carefully arranged across the four drawers so that the entire closet island functions as one complete jewelry organization system.
Her finished project is a beautiful example of how fully customized velvet drawer inserts can transform a closet island into a built-in jewelry storage space while keeping every piece organized, protected, and easy to access.

Jason wanted to maximize the usable space inside his drawer, so we created a two-tier custom jewelry drawer organizer consisting of a full-size bottom tray and a half-depth sliding upper tray.
The lower organizer includes dedicated necklace storage, watch compartments, bracelet rolls, ring storage, smaller accessory compartments, and two custom flip-top sections for additional concealed storage. The layout was planned around both jewelry and everyday accessories while keeping everything visually organized.
Above it, the sliding leather tray includes twelve individual square compartments together with two larger open sections. These versatile spaces can be used for jewelry, wallets, business cards, personal accessories, or anything Jason chooses to organize over time. Finished in our darkest brown leather with a #167 leather interior and detailed stitching, the two-tier design creates significantly more storage without requiring a larger drawer.

Annazulia selected our darkest brown leather for the outer structure and dividers, paired with our #167 leather interior to create a warm and sophisticated two-tone jewelry drawer organizer.
Her custom layout includes six dedicated watch compartments, a bracelet roll, sunglasses storage, necklace hooks, ring storage, and a combination of smaller open compartments for bracelets, earrings, and other personal jewelry. Every section was designed around the different shapes and proportions of the pieces she wanted to keep inside the drawer.
The finished organizer brings watches, jewelry, sunglasses, and accessories together in one made-to-measure leather drawer insert while still giving every category its own clearly defined space. The contrasting leather tones and stitched construction give the entire drawer a polished, built-in appearance.

The concealed section provides additional space for cards, small valuables, or other personal items that Sid prefers to keep tucked away.
The combination of bright orange and deep blue gives this made-to-measure leather organizer a bold, highly personalized appearance. It is also a great example of how color, compartment dimensions, watch storage, jewelry sections, and hidden storage can all be customized within a single drawer insert.

Using rich black velvet, we created a made-to-measure insert with carefully planned sections for wine glasses, cocktail glasses, ceramic cups, bottle openers, and other bar accessories.
Each compartment was designed around the dimensions and function of the items it needed to hold, creating a cleaner and more intentional way to organize the cabinet.
This project is also one of our favorite examples of how customization can go far beyond jewelry. If there is something special you would like to organize inside a drawer or cabinet, the layout can be designed around it.

One of the most distinctive features of this project is the custom flip-top section. From the outside, it blends naturally into the overall layout, while opening to reveal additional concealed storage underneath.
This allowed us to add another functional layer to the drawer without making the surface feel crowded.
The soft pink velvet gives the finished organizer a delicate, luxurious appearance, while the hidden compartment demonstrates how the internal structure itself can be customized — not just the color or size.
